Terms of Service
The terms that govern use of Crimson.
Use of the service
You may use Crimson only for lawful outreach and must comply with applicable anti-spam, telemarketing, and data protection laws in every jurisdiction you contact.
Your data
You retain ownership of the data you put into your workspace. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service on your behalf.
SMS messaging
Businesses use Crimson to send text messages, such as one-to-one customer care, appointment coordination, and relationship updates, to their own contacts. You may text a contact only after obtaining the consent required by law for that type of message, using a lawful opt-in method of your choice (for example, a web form, a signed agreement, or the contact texting you first), and you are responsible for documenting that consent and complying with all applicable messaging, telemarketing, and consent laws and carrier rules. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help; Crimson honors opt-outs automatically. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the platform available and will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms or to the service.
